Jarrell David St. Clair, age 71, passed away on November 29, 2025. He was born on August 29, 1954, to the late Jarrell “Jerry” and Evalyne in Beckley, West Virginia. He is survived by his beloved wife Regina; dear children Benjamin, Nathaniel (Courtney), Erik (Tina); treasured “Frampa” to Kaylynn and Pierce and “Grandpa JD” to Henry.
