Jarvis Zoerhoff Obituary

He is survived by his children: Leon Zoerhoff, David (Tamara) Zoerhof, Judy (Alan) Zimmer, Jan Zoerhoff, Jean (David) Vannette, and Jarvis (Suanne) Zoerhoff; sixteen grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren; siblings in law: Sharon (Jim) Wiersma and Merle (Linda) Jaarda; and nieces and nephews.
Jarvis was preceded in death in 2007 by his wife of 58 years, Georgianna, and daughter in law, Nellie Zoerhoff. He was a lifetime member of East Saugatuck Christian Reformed Church. He was a lifelong farmer on his family farm and worked and retired from Micromatic Textron.
Special appreciation is given to Comfort Keepers of Holland, Resthaven caregivers in Boersema/Jansma Cottage and Hospice of Holland.
Visitation will be on Saturday, November 16 from 10:00 - 11:30 am with a Celebration of Life service at 12:00 pm at East Saugatuck Christian Reformed Church, 3815 56th St., Holland. Pastor Nathan Gritter will officiate. A family graveside service took place in East Saugatuck Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to East Saugatuck Christian Reformed Church or Hospice of Holland. The family is being served by Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home. www.langelandsterenberg.com
