It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that the family of Jason Carlos Aguilar announces his passing. Jason-an extraordinary young man who loved everyone and was and will continue to be loved by everyone. Jason was in the throes of his college life. Jason was an all-around athlete at heart. Any sport he chose he would excel at. He played basketball for many years until he discovered his love for running. He was a track and field star. He was on the Eastern Illinois Track team. He worked hard on and off the field. He was loved by all his teammates, friends, and family. He leaves a lasting impression on all the people he came across. He touched the lives of so many people. He was the kind of person that greeted everyone he came across and shared thoughtful insights and listened to them with enthusiasm. Jason comes from a loving family. He leaves behind his loving mother, father, and a younger brother and sister. Jason was a mentor and role model to his brother and sister and they will continue to look at him like their idol. Jason was a great person, he always literally put others before himself. He would do anything to make sure that you were taken care of and that you had a smile on your face. He wanted nothing but the best for anyone, all he wanted was for himself and the people he surrounded himself with to succeed. Jason will forever live in our hearts.
