He was born November 27, 1981, in Lafayette, IN.

Jason enjoyed working, whether it was tree service, masonry or paving. He also loved attending his children's activities, going to rock concerts, he was a thrill seeker and a rock and roller! Jason lived life on his terms! Never complaining, not ever, no matter how hard things got. He rang so many bells for completion of treatments. In Jason's last week at home with us he was ringing only bells for ice cream!
