Jason, you were my first love and you still hold a piece of my heart. I honestly thought you could never break my heart again until I heard you had left us. I was shattered. I am so thankful for our brief conversations 3 years ago reminiscing on our younger days, catching up about our old friends and where life had taken us. My fondest memories were our greasy Dairy Queen days, you teaching me how to drive a stick shift, your love for cars and your boldness to put my name on the passenger side of your truck, and the numerous other adventures we had together. I always wanted life to treat you well and for you to know how much you were a big part of who I became. I loved your ability to find adventure in everything you did! You left so much on my heart that I would find myself checking in on you from time to time to make sure life was treating you well. I wish I could have told you how much your life meant to me. Love you always friend, I am praying for all of your family and those fortunate to know and love you as much as I did.
