Jason Hammer Obituary
Jason was a loving father that adored his wife and 3 daughters. He enjoyed building model cars, deer hunting, woodworking in the garage and spending time with his girls. Jason was a man of many talents and could figure out how to do anything. He will be greatly missed by his 4 Hammerheads.
Jason is preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Jean Hammer, his loving Mother-in-Law, Lisa Jo Strawn; Father-in-Law, Joseph McConnell; Grandparents, Jim & Marge McConnell and Grandpa Paul Clark.
A time to visit with Jason's family will be Thursday, September 12th from 4 -7 PM at the Bremen Community Methodist Church, 205 N. Mulberry St., Bremen. Funeral services will follow at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jason's memory may be made to the Bremen Community Methodist Church or the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023
