We are deeply saddened to hear this news. We met Jason at his work place as we are regular customers there. He was friendly and kind to all who entered to dine. Always came to our table to say hello and chat about sports with my husband. We will miss his love for the Cubs and his stories of the trips he would take with friend“s. God bless you Jason. We will always remember you and pray for you. -The Gutierrez family.

Jay,
I am glad that we got the chance to meet and become friends. Not only was your personality kind and compassionate but I will always remember the good times that we had. My prayers and condolences to your family.

Jason, so many pictures of wonderful times....there is no way I could pick just one to post. May you find the peace and happiness now that you couldn't find here. We can all picture you now bicycling up to a bar to hang with Harry Caray, sing take me out to the ball game, and yelling Cubs Win! I will let you pay for my Long Island, will be joining you eventually. David B
