Jason Curtis Pierce (JP), 49, of Bonnie, Illinois, passed away at 7:15 am September 18, 2025 at Deaconess Crossroads Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born October 22, 1975 in Mount Vernon to David and Karen Joy (Voyles) Pierce.

Jason is survived by his mother, Karen Pierce; daughter, Karma Oliver; siblings, Thomas Pierce, Christina Fuller, and Becky Pierce; and his niece and nephews.

Jason was preceded in death by his father, David Pierce.

Jason was a member of Bonnie Baptist Church. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and painting. He loved his daughter and the rest of his family dearly. He had a personal relationship with God and was faithful to study the Bible. Jason would do anything he could for those in need. He will be dearly missed.

A Visitation will be held Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon. A Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 pm with Mr. Tommy Howard officiating. Interment will follow at Knowles Cemetery in Bonnie, Illinois. A Celebration of Life will follow at Indian Hills Golf Course.
