He is preceded in death by his grandparents Berkley and Pearl Parrish, his uncle Kent Parrish, and stepfather Fred Lane.

He was a graduate of Goochland High School and avid basketball enthusiast. He loved his Jeep Wrangler and Jordan shoe collection but, took the most joy in visiting with his niece and nephew. He was an accomplished salesman and could “sell ice to an Eskimo.” He professed his faith and gave his life to Jesus Christ before family and friends many years ago as a young adult.
