I am deeply sorry to learn of Jason's passing. We went to middle school together, and spent a lot of time hanging out with each other. I have very fond memories at age 15, of watching ECW back in the day, playing Super Smash Bros., and backyard wrestling. We eventually lost touch, just due to life getting in the way, but my only regret is that I didn't try to catch up with him sooner. May he rest in peace.

Dear Debby, George and Jennifer,
I am deeply saddened by the news of the loss of your son, Jason. Crystal Bowman sent me the news by way of Dottie Mannes Van Drunen. My heart goes out to you; I can only imagine the depth of your grief. We have a son of similar age and interests. I'm praying for comfort for you from God's mercy and the love of friends and family. I do regret making contact after many years under tragic circumstances, but our losses bring us together as one suffering body. My love for you, Debby, is everlasting. We have lived parallel lives even when out of touch. Wishing you Grace, Mercy and Peace from God our Father and Christ Jesus in the days ahead.

I suppose in a way. In honor of him. We can carry on those ideals too. In our future, and everyday life. To be welcoming to a myriad of folks. A friend to talk to, and share stories with. To have semi-heated discussions of your favorite parts of a fandom. To strive to become better ourselves, and hold compassion in our hearts.
My grandmother loved him for his sweetness, and kindness. And I know briefly that he's had a hard life. He is in peace now. As I'm sure he's found his place in heaven. Hey who knows, maybe outside the documentation of ages old. There is a supply of videogames, and interesting media up there!!
One can only dream!!

Hello, My name is William Sullivan. Better known to Jay as Krist Navillus. I was one of his MODS during his time streaming on Twitch. I just want to let you and those close to him know, that he made a difference in so many peoples lives just by playing video games and being there for us. His laugh made us laugh, his honest heart and open mind was an inspiration to many, especially me. His Twitch channel and Discord where we met has his Alias as JayTheOutsider, the reason he told me he chose that username was because there are too many people who have be outcasts in our lives. And as such, he created The Outside World for us to be a family when we had none. To have friends when we didn't think anyone was left. To give people hope... just by being there... and being bad at video games. That is the kind of person you raised and knew. At least to me. Thank you for knowing Jay, and thank you for letting me know him as well.
