Jason C. Wright, age 52, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, in New Concord, Kentucky. His body is to be cremated and a private family celebration of life will be planned for a later date.

Jason was born on September 25, 1972 in Paris, Tennessee to Wincie Ann Brown Wright and Dewey Lee (Olene) Wright, all of Paris. He is also survived by his daughters, Kayla (Todd) Sherrod of McKenzie, Kaitlyn (Michael) Wright of Gleason, and Ashley Wright of Martin; grandchildren, Ryan, Kenzie, Kendyl, Ryker, Adeline, Phoenix, and Grayson; sisters, Jodi Crystal Wright of Paris and Jada C. Wright of Murfreesboro; by his niece, nephew, other family members and friends and also by dear and bestest friend, Bandit. Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his grandson, Logan.

Mr. Wright was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Jason loved nature and being outdoors in his gravel pit where he frequently met, worshiped and fellowshipped with the Lord. He was an outdoorsman, an avid bicycle buff and collector, a skateboarder, who enjoyed exploring antique shops and yard sales to see what he could find and tinker with. He worked for Sunshine Cab Company in Murray and was a truck driver for the majority of his life. It was said that Jason was a true soldier who never served. He truly loved his family and most especially his daughters and grandchildren.
