Jathan Tucker

Jathan Steven Tucker, age 34, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026.

Jathan was a man who truly loved life and the people around him. Known for his generous heart and easygoing spirit, he never hesitated to drop everything to help a friend in need. He was deeply social and had a natural way of bringing people together, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

He had a passion for motorcycles and loved the freedom of the open road. He also enjoyed working on cars and spending time in the garage. When he wasn't turning a wrench, he could often be found out on the golf course enjoying the game and the company of friends

Family meant everything to Jathan. He adored his nieces and nephews and cherished every moment spent with them.

Above all, Jathan knew Jesus and held strong in his faith. Jathan will be remembered for his kindness, his willingness to help anyone at any time, and the joy he brought to the lives of those around him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Jathan is survived by his parents, Steven and Janice Tucker; siblings, Jordan, Janssen, Arleigh, Alyse, Audra and Joel; nieces and nephews, Graham, Simon, Cooper, Henry, Barrett, Ace, Avery and Andi.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sosebee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bruce Hogarth officiating. Interment will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jordan Tucker, Janssen Tucker, Joel Tucker (brothers), Tyler Bors, Austin Cornwell (brothers-in-law) and Logan Adkins (friend).
