Jack Lowery Obituary
He was born on March 6, 1950, to the late Jack and Viola Lowery. Jack dedicated many years of service as a postal carrier with the United States Postal Service before enjoying a well-earned retirement.
Jack had a deep love for music and truly embraced his retirement years. He also took great pride in his classic Camaro, which he purchased new and enjoyed maintaining and showing to others. Known for being a creature of habit, Jack had an excellent memory and a steady, dependable nature that those who knew him appreciated.
He will be remembered for his simple joys, his dedication to his work, and the pride he took in the things he loved.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Ricks. Jack is survived by his daughter, Melinda Lowery, as well as cousins and friends.
Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will meet at the cemetery and greet friends thirty minutes prior to the service.
