Javan was born November 3, 1975 in Lakeland, Florida to Vance and Jo Ann Prescott. Javan spent most of his childhood in Europe before moving back to the U.S.A. He graduated from Franklin High School in 1993.
Javan loved life and being outdoors. He had a passion for cooking and making people laugh. His biggest joy in life was his family.
Javan was preceded in death by his niece Rebekah Thorpe.
Javan is survived by his parents, Vance and Jo Ann Prescott and his sister, Sarah Musgraves of Smyrna, TN; his wife Erica Prescott and children Caelan Prescott, Aydan Prescott and Callie Prescott; Kelsey (Kelli) Russell, KaShayla Holland, Jayden Seat and Kyndal Seat.
He is also survived by his 2 nephews Nathanie Thorpe and Nehemiah Musgraves and two nieces Elizabeth Musgraves and Shiloh Musgraves.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Javan in May. The family will announce a date and time in the near future.
