He was born December 18, 1945 at Fort Myers, FL. He was the son of Joseph and Myrtle Hand Falge.
Jay was a U. S. Navy veteran and had worked in the HVAC industry in Florida.
He is survived by his children; Alicia McLendon (Sean), Jocelyn Otero (Gabriel), Kimberly Nix (Gilmer) and Kim Brown; grandchildren, Kayla McLendon, Tianna McLendon, Jennifer Bowling, Julie Barr, Jamin Barr, Justin Tappen, Jennaveve Tappen, Jeremiah Otero and Jace Otero; great grandchildren, Jasper Canon, Elias McLendon, Baelor Babb and Ivory DeBord.
Jay's wishes were to be cremated with a private family service at a later date.
