Greer – Jayanti Ambalal Patel, 81, of Greer, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 22, 2025. He was the devoted husband of Pramilaben Patel and the beloved son of the late Ambalalbhai and Surajben Patel. Mr. Patel was a man of remarkable discipline, steadfast values, and impenetrable morals. A strong patriarch, he guided his family with love, wisdom, and unwavering righteousness. He was a man of faith, deeply rooted in God, whose spiritual strength shaped his life and inspired those around him. Respected and admired by all who knew him, he lived a life grounded in service and integrity, never failing to extend a hand to those in need. He worked alongside his family in the retail business, where his commitment and work ethic inspired all who worked with him. Beyond his professional life, his greatest joy was spending time with his family-cherishing every moment with his children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchild. His love for travel took him across the world, most recently fulfilling his dream of exploring Australia and New Zealand, where his adventurous spirit shone brightly. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Pratiksha Patel (Dusiyant), Chirag Patel (Jayshree), Roma Patel (Hrishikesh), and Kuntal Patel (Hema); grandchildren, Ritesh Patel (Natasha), Kajal Patel, Alay Patel, Nilay Patel, Anay Patel, Rahi Patel, Aryan Patel, Keshav Patel, Raghav Patel, and Mohini Patel; and great-granddaughter, Viana. His legacy of faith, kindness, dignity, and family devotion will continue to live on through them. The service will be held Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 10:30 AM, at Living Waters Funeral Home & Crematory.
