Jaye Ruth Friedman-Levy passed away peacefully on December 6, 2023. Born in Philadelphia on December 12, 1947 she was the daughter to the late Leon and Beatrice Friedman (nee Weisman).
Upon graduating Solebury School in 1965, Jaye continued her education at University of Pittsburgh where she earned her undergraduate degree as well as her Masters Degree as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. Jaye helped others through her vocation. In her free time Jaye enjoyed theater and the arts, traveling around the world, snorkeling, and spending time with family. She was exceptionally charitable, often donating to causes that supported animals and children in need, education and health organizations through her family's charitable foundation.
Jaye was a devoted wife to the late Roger Levy, loving sister to the late Dr. Jerald Friedman (Albertine Desiree Friedman), cherished aunt to Oriane Rambalsky, Stephanie Felgoise (Tom Henry), Yolanda Rodriguez (Jon Rodriguez), great aunt to Sofia, Alex, Julia, Ben, Lizzy, Ceci, and Estelle. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Private services to the family are entrusted to Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Life Celebration Home of East Norriton.
