Riverview, Florida - Jayme Leigh Rivera of Riverview, Florida, 42 years old, went home to Heaven to be with Jesus Christ early Saturday morning, May 3rd, from her home. Jayme was born December 15, 1982, in Fort Scott, Kansas. She was the daughter of Dr. Michael B. and Denise Parris.
Jayme graduated from Bradenton Christian School in 2001. She also graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from Manatee Community College in 2003. Ramon and Jayme were united in marriage on October 23, 2010. They were married for 14 years. Jayme invited Jesus Christ into her life as a child when she was 9 years old. She loved the Lord Jesus. She loved her husband, Ramon, her children, Ryan, Matthew, Kayleigh, and Reece. They were and still are the light of her life.
Jayme was a Christian, a picture of God's amazing grace. She was generous and caring. You were thankful to have known her, but it was Jesus Christ who changed her life. She possessed a beautiful smile. In a word, she was "lovely." We will miss her. Jayme is in Heaven today, but we will see her soon and very soon.
She is survived by her husband, Ramon, her children: Ryan, Matthew, Kayleigh, and Reece, her stepchildren: Rene, Kaelani, and Ray, her parents: Michael and Denise Parris, her mother-in-law, Juanita Tinoco and many aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by Sharon Hamilton Parris and her grandparents.
Vance Havner once said, "You haven't lost someone when you know where they are."
