Jean Elizabeth Curtin was born January 28, 1949 in Kingston Jamaica, WI. Jean Elizabeth Curtin (née Haliben), of Bridgeport, Connecticut, passed peacefully on September 10, 2025. Born in Jamaica, Jean later made Bridgeport her home after migrating to the United States with her husband and six children. A testament she often shared was: "I've lived a full and beautiful life, and I want the same for you." This sentiment echoed loudly in her life and became a constant reminder to those around her - from the smallest steps toward an aspired goal, to loving openly and fully, to making that purchase, whether big or small. Her message was always clear: remember to invest in yourself. Jean is survived by her beloved mother Barbara Bradshaw, her six children: Debby (Lance), Dean, Rohan, Raymond, Nadean (Derek), and Nico, eighteen grandchildren, four great- grandchildren, her aunt Phyllis Jackson, and her dear cousins. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Trevor Antonio Curtin. Jean's legacy of love, joy, and family devotion will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. To remember her is to live life to the fullest.
