Jeannie grew up in Batavia, NY. As a young girl she loved to talk on the phone and play with her dog and 2 cats. As an adult she really loved to fish and had a couple of good spots at Norton Lake. She enjoyed being out in nature and watching all the animals. She also had a huge heart and would help anyone who needed it. In her spare time, she loved to read.
Jeannie is survived by her mother: Pamela Dilcher; sister: Tammie (William) Ribbeck of New York; niece: Katie Ribbeck of New York and many cousins all of New York. She was preceded by her father: Richard Dilcher, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Pauls Funeral Home at 10:30AM. There will be a reception immediately following the service at Faith Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions can be made out to the Jean Dilcher Memorial Fund. Contributions can be left at www.paulsfh.com.
