My condolences to your families. I had the honor and privilege of being Jean's physician at Phoebe Berks until my retirement in 2017. When I addressed her as Mrs. Hartline, she always insisted that I call her Jean.
She was always very kind to me and among my favorite of patients. When I started doing volunteer teaching at Phoebe for high school students interested in a career in healthcare, I always visited Jean with the students who all felt the same about her as I did. I last saw her with a student two weeks prior to her passing and she knew who I was. She was a very special person.
