Jean M. Mullins 83, died Friday evening at the Springfield Health & Rehab. Center in Springfield, Vermont. She was born December 21, 1941 in Bennington, Vermont the daughter of Earl and Dorothy (Hill) Dupee. She attended schools in Bennington, graduating from Bennington High School and later from Southern Vermont College.

She married Richard C. Mullins on July 16, 1966, He predeceased her on August 22, 1990.

Jean was employed with First National Bank and Chittenden Bank in Bennington, Vermont for many years and with Synovus Bank in Florida for many years retiring in 2015.

Jean enjoyed sewing, embroidering, cross stitch and quilting for many years. She also enjoyed bowling and participated in leagues at the Bennington Bowl.

She is survived by her son Michael Mullins and his fiancé Wendy, four grandsons; Andrew Mullins, Jordan Mullins, Richard Mullins, and Connor Mullins, three great granddaughters; Marley, Dahlia, and Acacia. She is also survived by two nephews Craig Dupee, and Scott Dupee and several cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Richard, brother George Dupee and niece Teri Dupee.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday November 14, 2025 at the White Chapel Cemetery in Bennington, Vermont.

Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield, Vermont is assisting the family with arrangements.
