Jean Spinks 88 of Camby, Indiana went to be with our Lord on April 28, 2024. She was born March 15, 1936, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late William Sherman and Beulah Virginia (Dick) Anderson. Jean was retired as a supervisor after over 20 years from the United States Postal Service. She was a member of American Postal Workers Union, the Moose Lodge and attended the Grace Church in prior years. Jean is survived by her children, Bill Freeman, Debbie Masters, Lou (Roger) Crum, 12 grandchildren and numerous great, and great-great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Paul Spinks, her son, Bob Freeman, her daughter, Susie Epperson, and her grandchildren, Mikey Masters, and Kyle Epperson. To celebrate Jean’s life the family invites you to gather with them on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 2:00-4:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township and share your memories and stories with them. Following the gathering there will be a memorial service at 4:00pm also at the funeral home. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Flanner Buchanan, and she will then be laid to rest privately at West Ridge Park Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana.
