Jean (Kerr) Stoner,

born May 25, 1947, went home to be with the Lord Sept. 26, 2025. Living most of her life in Canton she was a devout Christian, an avid painter, and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Jean had a love for animals, her beloved dogs, cats, and she had a passion for horses. She was a homemaker her entire life and loved spending time with her family and animals. Jean was selfless, always putting others first and will be missed beyond words. She is preceded in death by her father, Harold Kerr, Sr., her mother, Rosalee (Watson) Kerr and her twin brother Jimmy. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Dale Stoner, Sr.; daughter Christie (Jason) Hayhurst; son Dale (Stacey) Stoner, Jr.; grandchildren Heather (Matt) Moore, Amanda (Jon) Hayhurst, Kristen (Wesley) Smith, Steven (Liv) Stoner and Benicio and Rey Hernandez; seven great grandchildren; her loving sister, Sandra (Tom) Stahlheber; and her brother Harold (Vicki) Kerr, Jr. Services will be held Fri. at 11am in Greenwood Christian Church. Interment in Warstler Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before the service, from 9-11am in the church. Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
