Jean M. Trout

Jean M. (Rohrbaugh) Trout, age 93, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at home on July 14, 2023. She was the loving wife of the late William J. Trout who passed away on April 26, 2009; together they shared 61 years of marriage.
Jean was born in York on February 10, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Paul and Estie (Snyder) Rohrbaugh.
She had a great love for making crafts, cooking, and playing bingo.
Jean is survived by her three children: Jo Ann Bitner of Hanover, Jill Neiderer and her husband Terry of Hanover, and son Timothy Trout and his wife Alyssa of Thomasville; and seven grandchildren: Heather Nelson and her husband Robert, Christopher Neiderer and his wife Heather, Jonathan Neiderer and his fiancé Amanda, Stephanie Brand, Jaclyn Myers and her husband Joseph, Kory Trout, and Kaylyn Trout. She was looking forward to meeting her first great-grandchild later this year.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a gathering in celebration of Jean's life on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 3:00PM – 4:00PM at Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., of Spring Grove, 175 N. Main St., Spring Grove, PA 17362. A private graveside service will be held by the family at St. Peter's (Lischey's) Church Cemetery in Spring Grove.
