Jeaninne Epps Duplessie

Jeannine Epps Duplessie departed this life on November 8, 2025, at the age of 96 years. Jeannine was the wife of the late Conrad Earl Duplessie and the daughter of the late Roland and Edith Zeringue Epps. She was preceded in death by her son Earl Conrad Duplessie Sr. Jeannine was the sister of Marilyn Epps Barthé (late Cyril Sr.) and Miriam Epps Saloy (Louis Jr.), and sister-in-law of Colin Duplessie, Maxine Antee, Myrna Tucker and Bernadette Hurel. She is also survived by three grandsons, Ryan Duplessie Sr. (Lisa), Donald McCaskill, Earl Duplessie Jr. and four great-grandchildren; Ryan Duplessie Jr., Renee Duplessie, Reuben Duplessie, and Rico Duplessie, and by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family, friends and employees of The Nouveau Marc by Barclay House Retirement Community are invited to attend a Christian Memorial Service on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Ave., New Orleans, LA 70125. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m.
