Jeannine Beavers Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Labby Memorial Funeral Home - Leesville on Feb. 27, 2026.
Jeannine Beavers was born on January 16, 1936, and entered eternal rest on February 27, 2026, in Leesville, Louisiana, at the age of 90.

She had a gift for making everything beautiful - her appearance, her yard, and especially the meals lovingly prepared for her family, church, and community. Strong-spirited and independent, she came from humble beginnings, even making many of her own dresses as a young woman. That same determined work ethic carried through her life as she built a successful restaurant, managing every aspect of the business herself. She took pride in doing things well and living life her own way. Jeannine enjoyed playing bridge with her club and valued the friendships it brought. Beautiful, strong-willed, and often a force to be reckoned with, she was never afraid to speak her mind. Everything she did was rooted in love and a desire to give her family the very best, and her pride in her children and grandchildren was unmistakable. Faithfully attending East Leesville Baptist Church, she was loved by her family and left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. "Bill" Beavers, and her son, James "Jim" Beavers.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son, William "Randy" Beavers; her daughters, Kim Beavers and Rhonda Beavers; her grandchildren, Morgan Beavers and wife Sayree, Mollie Wisner and husband Shane, Katie Vanicor and husband Ryan, Kyle Coffman, Leslie Goodwin and husband Alex, and Caleb Fletcher and wife Chesney; her great-grandchildren, Evan, Evelyn, Odette, Collin, Ramsey, Ivy, Kynli, Nora, Graham, Trevor, Titus, Graysen, and Emersyn; and her great-great-grandchild, MaryClaire.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Leesville Cemetery under the direction of Labby Funeral Home.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all who have supported them during this time of loss.
