Beloved wife of the late David R. Knez, who preceded her in death on April 15, 1992, loving mother of Laurie (Richard) Keane, Jeffrey (Mary) Knez, Steven (Pamela) Knez, Lance (Audrey) Knez, Cynthia Knez, Christopher (Jennifer) Knez and the late Theodore Knez, adored grandmother of Beth Weinman and Jennifer (Jeremy) Bauman; Ilea (Mark) Pavel and Amber (Nikolay) Mukhin; David, Ethan and Gabriella Knez; Brandon (Mackenzie) Knez, cherished great-grandmother of Ava and Autumn Bauman; Violet and Dean Pavel; Jameson Mukhin; Thomas Knez, devoted daughter of the late Neil and Aldonna (nee Rush) Napolian, dear sister of the late Dorine (the late Frank) Holladay, Gail (Donald) Gentry and Sharon (Ronald) Boatright, fond aunt, great-aunt, great-great aunt and friend of many.
A lover of books, history, and art, with the beauty of Audrey Hepburn and the spunk of Bette Davis, she could quickly and cleverly comment on the day's affairs. She was truly one of a kind, and we will miss our Mom, Sister, and Noni.
In order to accommodate her specific requests, memorial visitation will be deferred to Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, IL.
