Jearldean Whittenburg Obituary
Jearldean Morrow Whittenburg, 76, of Decatur, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
She was a devoted member of the Union Grove Baptist Church, where she found joy in attending services, engaging in fellowship, and immersing herself in studying her Bible. Her love for cooking, particularly preparing Sunday dinners for her family, made every gathering a cherished occasion.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Billy Ray Whittenburg; son: Denver "Little Bill" Whittenburg; daughters: Gelinia Lovingood, Gail Colley.
She is survived by her son: Glen Whittenburg of Decatur, TN; siblings: Wanda Morrow, Bernice Kincannon, Brenda Lunsford, Darlene Smith; 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the Clear Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Rolen officiating.
