Jeff Lee Marshall, age 54, of New Philadelphia, died Friday, August 8, 2025.
A son of Dagnia Marshall Meek of New Philadelphia, Jeff was born in Union Hospital at Dover on September 21, 1970.
He attended New Philadelphia High School and worked for many years in the residential remodeling and restoration industry. Most recently, he was employed by Walmart at New Philadelphia where he worked in the Deli Department.
Jeff loved being outdoors. It did not matter if he was fishing, hiking, working on his hobby farm, or traveling the back country roads on a spur of the moment drive, Jeff enjoyed the peace nature brought to him.
In addition to his mother, Jeff is survived by his wife, Tiffany Marshall whom he married on November 6, 2023; his children, Jeffrey (Cheyenne Householder) Marshall of New Philadelphia, Shawn (Brittany) Marshall of Uhrichsville, Matthew (Summer) Marshall of Louisiana, and Brandon (Elizabeth Lurilli) Marshall of South Carolina; his step-daughters, Cheyanne and Cherokee Smith of Uhrichsville; grandchildren, Bryson, Austin, “Little Miss K”, Beaux, and, Sarah; brothers, John (Kim) Marshall, Pete (Maryann) Marshall, and Rocky (Stephanie) Meek; his mother-in-law, Marilyn Addleman; his “Aunt M”, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Roger Meek.
There will be no public visitation or services. The Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia is handling arrangements.
