Jeff Snyder

Jeff Snyder, age 51, of Scio passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024, at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA after a brief illness.
Jeff loved sports and was an avid Michigan Wolverines and Atlanta Braves fan. He coached teams in the Hopedale Baseball Association and helped start the Harrison County Youth Soccer League, sharing his knowledge and love of sports with children, especially his sons.
He leaves behind wife, Chris Ankrom Snyder and sons Tucker and Turner of the home and his recliner buddy Maizey.
Services will be held Monday, March 18, 2024, at 11 am in New Rumley Global Methodist Church, 41395 Scio-New Rumley Rd, Scio with Pastor Mark Smith officiating. Friends may call Sunday from 3-7 pm at Koch Funeral Home, 101 W Main St, Scio. In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions may be made to Harrison County Cancer Crusaders, c/o Julie McPeak 226 Charleston St, Cadiz, Ohio 43907 or Huskies Sports Foundation, PO Box 157, Cadiz, Ohio 43907.

We little knew this morning that God was going to call your name.
in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
it broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone;
