It is with profoundly heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeffery Ken Brockway, age 55, of Rockwall, Texas. Jeffery, affectionately known as "Jeff" to family and friends, was born on February 14, 1970, in Mesquite, Texas, and entered into eternal rest on November 4, 2025, from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

A memorial service to honor the life of Jeff will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Millwood Church, located at 8918 FM 35, Royse City, TX 75189, with Pastor Kip Brockway officiating. Jeff will be laid to rest during a private family inurnment, in the Garden of Faith at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Rockwall, Texas, at a later date.

Independent florists are kindly asked to deliver arrangements directly to Millwood Church in Royse City by 8:30 AM on Friday, November 21, 2025, to ensure timely and proper display at Jeff's memorial service, as Rest Haven Funeral Home is not directly involved in the church service and it is being coordinated by the family.
