Jeffery "Jeff" Lanier Malcolm
Jeff Malcolm passed away on October 29, 2025 in Buford, Georgia at the age of 53. He was born on March 30, 1972 in Athens, Georgia to Charles David Malcolm Sr. and Linda Jane Seagraves.
He was very passionate about his career in plumbing. He was always very eager to help anyone, within the community, with his expertise, hard work, and dedication in the industry. He worked as a plumber for over 30 years. He loved old vintage trucks and cars, remodeling old houses, and collecting antiques.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Smith Malcolm; his children, Destiny Malcolm, Tyler Malcolm, Shanna Brooke Malcolm, and step children; his grandchildren, Wesser Malcolm, Cambria Malcolm, Jayden Nuncio, and Jaxson Malcolm; his siblings, Chuck (Cindy) Malcolm and Chad Bingham;and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kelsey Malcolm; his parents, David Malcolm Sr. and Linda Seagraves Chase; his grandparents, Chester Andrew and Eunice Mae Hudson Malcolm, James Roy Seagraves Sr. and Dessie Mae Williams Seagraves.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Crossroads Church of Jackson County. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to your local rehab center in his name.
