Jeffery L. McBride passed away at his home on Monday, September 29, 2025. Jeff as he was usually called had many names "Turbo" "Leroy" "Jethro" "Dad" and "Pe-Pa"

Jeff was born in Smithville, Tennessee to the late James Gooch McBride and Doris Jeanette Humphrey.

From the moment Jeff came into the world he has been smiling and laughing, this became one of the things he was known for.

Jeff drove a truck for IWC for many years before working at Stafford and Son Construction.

Jeff had always worked hard and loved his family even harder and 6 years ago the Lord saw fit to reward Jeff for that by sending him his beloved wife Rhonda.

Together, Jeff and Rhonda built a life they loved with their children and fur baby Charlie Mac.

Mr. McBride is preceded in death by his parents, Sister Gail Wright Lowery, and brother James Merrell McBride. Father-In-Law Alvin J. Parsell, Mother-In-Law Norma Gene Parsell and Mother-In-Law Carolyn Marie Parsell

Left to carry his smile and laughter are his wife Rhonda, sister Vanessa Lance (Phillip) Sister-in-Law Debra McBride, children: Christina Ledbetter (Jamie), Jeffery M. McBride, Amanda Ribarchik, and Josh Ribarchik.

Grandchildren: Makayla Isley (Branson), Danny Ball (Maddie), Christopher Ball (Kaylee), Lacey Young (Donovan), Lanne McBride, Damion Ribarchik and Dakota Ribarchik.

Sisters-In-Law: Cheryl O'Donnell (Mark), Sandy Howard, Julie Parsell (Gail Cords), Jennifer Williams (Scott MacInnis)

Brother-In-Law Jerry Parsell (Csilla)

Great-Grandchildren: Darlee Ball, Ryia Isley, Delsie Ball, and Ivory Ball.

As well as many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

The family of Jeff McBride would also like to thank Gentiva Hospice for all their care and for being a wonderful help during this journey. Your devotion and time are priceless.

Services for Jeff McBride will be held Friday, October 3, 2025, in the chapel of Oak Lawn Funeral Home. The Family will welcome friends for visitation beginning at 3pm until 6pm, with the service from 6pm until 7pm.
