Jeffery “Jeff” Moore, of Warsaw, passed away at Parkview Regional on October 17, 2024, at the age of 55. Born on February 8, 1969, in Fort Wayne, IN to Phillip Moore and Cheryl Fordyce, Jeff was a dedicated professional, having spent 20 years in management for Coca Cola in Albany, NY and subsequently contributing his skills to Polywood in Syracuse, IN.
A graduate of Stillwater High School in Stillwater, New York, Jeff exemplified a spirit of perseverance and dedication that he carried throughout his life. He was a proud member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 253, embracing the values of camaraderie and service. Known for his love of animals, he found joy in the company of his dogs and cats, and he delighted in the world of video games, especially enjoying the immersive experiences of World of Warcraft. Jeff’s appreciation for heavy metal music and guitar bands was a defining aspect of his vibrant personality.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Lynn Thomas; daughter, Ashley Jones; father, Phillip Moore; and siblings, Renee Conley and Tyson (Tina) Barnett. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Fordyce, and grandparents, Harriette and Ray Rupprecht and Constance and Russel James Moore.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with Jeff’s care. Visitation for Jeffery will be held on November 7, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home, 2000 Sheridan St. Warsaw, with his Life Celebration immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Turning Point Counseling Center, 501 W. Washington Street, North Webster, IN 46555.
