Mr. Jeffery Parker

The late Mr. Jeffrey Parker was born on June 30, 1964, to the blessed and loving parents of Ms. Lucy Parker and Mr. Willie C. Neal in Atlanta, Georgia. He was educated in the city of Atlanta Public School System also in Atlanta, Georgia. At an early age Jeffrey accepted Christ as his Savior.
Jeffrey was employed by various construction companies as a construction worker for over 25 years. In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, singing, and playing various musical instruments.
On Sunday, June 18, 2023, the Pearly Gates of Heaven opened, and Mr. Jeffrey Parker's soul was escorted to be with the Lord. Matthew 5:4 "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted" reminds us that although we are deeply saddened by the loss of our loved one, the Lord will bless us with peace and comfort during our time of mourning. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roosevelt and Mattie Parker; and four aunts, Mattie P. Neal, Rosa Parker, Odessa Parker, and Geraldine Parker.
Mr. Jeffrey Parker leaves to cherish his everlasting memories his son, Jeffrey A. (Tracey L.) Parker; daughters, Denecia Parker and Chantell Parker; mother, Lucy Parker; father, Willie C. Neal; grandsons, Armond T. Parker, Deagan A. Parker, Eausten J. Parker, and Malcom Parker; aunts, Bessie Collier, Shirley Baldwin, Carlene Oliver, Gladene Person, and Sara Johnson; and uncles, JC Collier, Doc Parker, and Bishop Riley Parker. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that will miss him dearly.
A Home Going Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, in the Chapel at Burden's Funeral Home. Family and friends are asked to arrive at the Funeral Home by 1:45 PM. "Your Wings Were Ready, But Our Hearts Were Not". Please continue to keep the entire family in your prayers.
