Jeffrey Arthur, 60, of Bedford, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Born February 10, 1965, in Bedford, he was the son of Betty (Hawkins) Brown. He married Pami (Scoggan) Arthur, and she survives.

Jeffrey was a 1983 graduate of Mitchell High School and worked at Visteon until its closure. He loved watching sports and was a lifelong IU fan. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Surviving to cherish his memory is his son, Jeff Arthur; his soulmate, Pami Arthur; one granddaughter, Makena Arthur; one sister, Penny Reintsma; one brother, Jim Arthur; one sister-in-law, Rebecca (Eric) Reed; one brother-in-law, Randy (Tammy) Scoggan; two nephews, Tyler (Jesse) Reed and Landon (Brylee) Reed; and his father-in-law, John Scoggan.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Brown; one nephew, Daniel Reed; and his mother-in-law, Vicki Raber.

Cremation was chosen with no services at this time.
