Jeffrey Howard Obituary
Jeff L. Howard, age 62, of Council Bluffs, IA passed away suddenly on October 27, 2023.
He was born August 21, 1961 in Council Bluffs to Arnold and Judith (Snyder) Howard. Jeff graduated from Burke High School and the University of Nebraska Omaha. He was a boy scout leader, an avid Nebraska Cornhusker football fan, he enjoyed golfing, skiing, music, fishing, camping and was a naturalist. He married Sue Lamphear in Omaha, Ne in 2017.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arnold and nephew, Daniel Howard.
Jeff will be sadly missed by his wife, Sue; son, Lane Howard; step-daughters, Meghan Taylor (Nathan Harding) and Kaylee Reynolds-Taylor (Tyler); mother, Judy; brother's, David Howard (Rinda) and John Howard (Nikki); sister, Jill Sailors (Don) and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorial Service 6:00 pm Friday, November 3, 2023 with Visitation 1 hour prior at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home, 1221 N. 16th St.
Private family inurnment will be at Garner Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be designated to the family.
