Muskogee, Oklahoma to James and Sylvia Howard Foster.
Jeffrey's Formative years were spent enjoying time with his maternal great grandparents, Fred and Lovie Gardner, Sr. in
Summit, OK; where he enjoyed making mudpies, throwing rocks, chasing yard animals, drinking Kool-Aid, riding his Big Wheel and riding in Papa's truck.
A very precocious child, Jeffrey was exceptional at learning, where school became ennui for him.
God anointed Jeffrey with many talents, he could fix just about anything including cars, electronics and carpentry. He was well versed with playing the keyboard, landscaping and business management. He was a freelance artist and won a National Urban League Award at 12 years old. He was blessed with many other gifts, but he excelled in athletics. He was a natural talent.
Jeff became a Christian at the age of 14, being baptized as a member of St. Thomas P.B. Church under the leadership of Pastor A.W. Tubbs, Summit, Oklahoma where his parents were Ministers of Music and a Choir Director. He participated in various programs along with his siblings and cousins. He was also on the Youth Committee and Junior Usher Board.

Jeffrey received hundreds of college offers from around the country. He accepted a full scholarship from Washburn State University, Topeka, Kansas with an Associate's Degree in Business. He later transferred to Pittsburg State, Pittsburg Kansas as a walk-on.

He began to reinvent himself. Jeffrey began recording and working with his dear cousin, Marcus "Big Man" Stidham and his soon to be business partner, Francisco Trotter, collaborating, creating and producing, rap, soul and hip hop music, a real "hustle & flow" tale, traveling several states together. He also co-founded Street Works Entertainment, Las Vegas, Nevada, also known as Jay Howard Productions, having worked with Techn9ne, Pitbull and other artists.
Traveling was a real love of Jeff's. He also loved his cars and trucks and worked on them diligently until his health began to fail.
