Jeffrey Dale Kee, age 62 of Osceola, passed away on January 30, 2026. Jeff was born November 15, 1963 in Concord, North Carolina to the late Charles Martin and Jane Ruth (Rivers) Kee.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Tutu Emmerich of Osceola, his son, Joshua Michael (fiancé Sierra) Kee, and his siblings, Deborah (Ray) Phillips of San Antonio, Texas, Charles (Deanna) Kee of Saukville, Wisconsin, Kathy (Steven) Popovich of Little Chute, Wisconsin, Kendra Kleb of Newburg, Wisconsin, Brandy Kee of Johnson City, Tennessee, Amanda Kee of Weaverville, North Carolina, and Michael Kee of North Carolina and his step sisters, Bobbie Jo (Josh) Stahl and Pattie (Jimmy)Tarnowski. Surviving as well is his uncle, and Michael Minz of West Bend, Wisconsin, along with his nephews Brandon Biggers and Josh Tyner.
A celebration of Jeff’s life was held while Jeff was still living with many family and friends in attendance. During the time of gathering, Jeff enjoyed a New England Seafood Boil with crab legs, lobster, oysters as well as many memories, love and laughter. Cruz Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care.
Jeff was employed as a plant manager with JW Concrete and Ozinga for many years and was a longtime member of the Wisconsin Local #200 Concrete Workers Union. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed the outdoors spending time fishing, hunting, and panning for gold. He was a talented woodworker and enjoyed spending time in his woodshop creating beautiful and unique pieces for family and friends. Jeff was also extremely fond of his “Husky fur babies” Luna and Molly.
He will be remembered for his loving, kind and generous nature to others.
