It is with great sorrow to announce the passing of Jeffrey David Kirschner, age 62, who passed away on August 25, 2025. Jeff was born on April 26, 1963, to parents David and Janice (Ulmer) Kirschner. He was raised in Muskegon Michigan with his sister Jill (Tim) Borgman Stott. He is survived by his wife Barbara (Heaton), who he married on June 28, 1986, and their beloved daughters Samantha (Dylan Hamp) and Hanna (Eddie Ortiz). Along with grand fur babies Rhea (dog) and Bagheera (cat). Throughout his life, Jeff enjoyed hunting and being an avid outdoorsman learning the ropes from his Uncle Scott Ulmer. He was a lifelong car enthusiast, drag racer, Red Wings fan and hockey player. Jeff was known for being Mr.-fix-it, priding himself as a jack of all trades. Being a man that was devoted to his family, Jeff's kindness and love led him to coaching soccer, teaching his girls to fix things themselves, and whatever else they dragged him into - even if it included a tutu. He will be truly missed. Services for Jeff will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St Norton Shores MI 49444, with VISITATION at 2 pm, FUNERAL SERVICE at 3 pm and treats to follow. The family asks for any donations to be made to The Michael J Fox Foundation to one day find a cure for Parkinson's disease. Please consider signing the family's online guestbook and share memories at https://sytsemafh.com
