Born on March 22, 1954, a son of the late Ralph Mooney and Floris (Butch) Trigg.
Survivors include his daughter, Jolynn (Dennis) Vincilione, of Wheeling, West Virginia, granddaughter, Desaray Christy of Bellaire, Ohio and countless close friends.
Per Jeff's wishes, there will be no services. Private inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street Bellaire Ohio 43906.
