Jeffrey Moore Obituary
Jeffrey leaves to celebrate his memory his children, Mark Moore and Stacy Ann Moore; grandchildren, Jafarie Saunders, Aniya Moore, Andre Moore, and Jalia Williams; siblings, Earl Moore, Charmaine Hamilton, Donna Moore, and Lucan Moore, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other close relatives and friends.
Jeffrey's family will receive family and friends on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 10am-11am, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11am, at The Lodge Community Chapel, 130 Deerfield Road, Windsor, CT. The interment will follow immediately after in Mountain View Cemetery, Bloomfield, CT.
