Jeffrey Carl Mullins of Aransas Pass, Texas passed away September 28, 2023. He was born in Texas on September 7, 1970. Jeff Graduated from Auburn Highschool in 1988 in Riner, Virginia. Jeff Had a career as an independent contractor in the roofing industry. He had a passion for music, he loved playing the guitar and was very good at it. He loved art and could draw so well, he enjoyed science fiction and tattoos and Rock. He was proceeded in death by his 2nd oldest son Billy Mullins and his Grandson Axle Mullins. He is survived by his 3 sons Jacob, Andrew, Gabriel, his daughter Eden, many other grandchildren, and his Brother Robert.
