Jeffrey was born November 13, 1966, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Jack Mullins, and Jean Masie (Bennett) Mullins. On July 4, 2016, he was united in marriage to Alicia (Withrow) Mullins who survives.
He is also survived by four children, Skyandra (Joesph) Price, Adam (Raiah) Gallimore, Caytlee Gallimore, and Adrain Gallimore; three grandchildren, Nevaeh Price, Mariahnna Price, and Alliandra Price.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jeffrey was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, serving in Iraq. He loved the family that he was able to build, especially his grandchildren. Jeffrey loved hunting and especially enjoyed fishing on the lake with his dad. He was a mechanically talented man who would tinker on anything and everything.
Visitation will not be observed; arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
