Jeffrey Kirk Perez, 64 of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
Jeffrey was born on July 18, 1959 in Ft. Sumner, NM to the home of Ernest and Jewel (Spencer) Perez. Jeffrey was raised in Encino, NM, where he also attended school—graduating in 1977.
A life-long Catholic, Jeffrey was a parishioner at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Encino.
Jeffrey was in the trucking industry for 47 years. He enjoyed attending the horse races, was an Oakland Raiders fan and loved animals.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his parents: Ernest and Jewel Perez, sister: Kathrin Dinwiddie, paternal grandparents: Victor and Angelita Perez, maternal grandparents: William and Grace Spencer and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
Jeffrey is survived by his sister: Diana Gallegos (Jude) of Vaughn, NM, brothers: Michael Perez (Connie) of Nara Visa, NM, Chris Perez (Leslie) of Encino, NM, friend: Lorine Pettis and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends.
Recitation of The Most Holy Rosary, followed by The Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, July 26, 2024 beginning at 10AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Encino, with Father Timothy Meurer officiating the service.
Interment of cremains will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery with Sam Romo, Hollis Dinwiddie, Dillon Perez, Matthew Gallegos, Kyle Perez and Drew Perez serving as Urn Bearers.
