Jeffrey Davis Reed, age 36, Shelbyville, passed from this life on April 17, 2025.
A native of Shelbyville, TN, Jeffrey was born on December 9, 1988, to Jeffrey Lee Reed and Effie Ann Gregg Reed.
Jeffrey graduated from Community High School class of 2008. He worked with Century Mold for several years before he was unable due to his health. He most often kept to himself but did enjoy gaming and watching movies in his free time.
He was a loving son with a kind heart. His family and all who knew him will miss him very much.
Along with his parents Jeffrey is survived by stepmother, Paula Reed; nephew, Conner Reed; niece, Jenny Floyd; aunt, Jeanne White; uncle, Rickey White; brother in law, Ty Floyd; cousin, Jordan (Brittany) White and their children River and Rylee. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Jean Reed Floyd; and grandparents, Billy Reed, Anita Jean "Momma Jean" Brown, Jimmy & Edna Gregg.
Per his family's request, they chose cremation and no public services will be held.
Doak-Howell Funeral Home is serving the family.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I can´t imagine and hope I never have to know the pain you´re going through right now My family and I love you, Jeff and you´re in our prayers along with Paula and the rest of the family. Praying God will help heal the sorrow.
