Jeffrey L. Stimeling, beloved husband, father, brother, and PopPop, passed away peacefully on January 13th, 2025 at the age of 72 surrounded by his loving family at Geisinger Medical Center.
Born in Berwick, PA on April 11th, 1952 to the late LeRoy Stimeling Jr. and F. Jean Stimeling (Rhinard), Jeff graduated from Berwick High School in 1970 and attended Bloomsburg State College. He dedicated over 40 years to Strick and later Great Dane as a buyer/planner/expeditor. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed traveling, and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Eileen Stimeling (Gartner), his children Kathleen Wallace, JoAnn (Lance) Danilowicz, John (Jessica) Robertson, Stephen (Jennifer) Robertson, and Megan (Brandon) Witmer, grandchildren Jessica, Cameron, Rhiannon, Cassie, Paige, McKenna, Ethan, Teagan, Conner, Josslyn, Abigail, Mackenzie, and Bryson, 6 great grandchildren, and siblings Kenton Stimeling and Janet Kishbaugh.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Columba Catholic Church, 342 Iron St., Bloomsburg, PA. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday January 20, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Bunnell Funeral Home Inc., 179 E. Main St., Millville and Tuesday January 21 from 9:00 am until time of service at the church.
