Jeffrey (Jeff) Zeigler, 65, passed away on Wednesday, September 18th, 2024 after a long battle with cancer and illnesses.
Jeff was born on January 11th, 1959 to Kenneth and Betty (Calvin) Zeigler in Akron, Ohio, where he resided his entire life. He worked a full career at Midwest Precision (formerly Comptrol). Jeff married his soulmate, Theresa (Terrie) Zeigler in 1985, and they remained happily married for the next 24 years. He was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan and avid fisherman who loved going out boating. He spent his happiest moments with friends and family on his boat at Huron Lagoons Marina on Lake Erie.
Jeff was preceded in death by his wife Theresa (Terrie) Zeigler, his father Kenneth Zeigler, mother Betty (Calvin) Zeigler, his brother Brad Zeigler, his sister-in-law Pamela Miller, and cousin Doug Doepel.
He is survived by his daughter Crystal Wade (Robert Ruggiero); 2 granddaughters, Destiny & Breanna Ruggiero; nieces Samantha (Andrew) Milanoski, Sarah Wade, Miranda Dobbins (Patrick Smith), Emily (Dez) Rader; nephew Rodney Wade; sister-in-laws Patricia (Thom) Lee and Debra (James) McCulty; cousins Joe Doepel, Greg Calvin, Glenda Keenleyside, Ged Doepel & friends.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with services starting at 1 p.m. at Anthony Funeral Homes Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S.
