Tim was born in Akron to the late John and Carolyn Waters and was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Manchester High School in 1981 and found a career in sales for a building materials distributor. Tim loved computers and motorcycles, and he was an avid gun collector.
He is survived by son Grant Waters; brother Jim Waters; and former wife, Jennifer Waters.
